Some Actions which if initiated by the Govt of Punjab could be helpful in resolving the problem:

1.    A high level enquiry should be ordered to investigate the charges of corruption and malafide intentions of the top most officers and politicians of the Department of Cooperation, Punjab in protecting and shielding the interests of corrupt managing committee members in violation of the rules, regulations and law of land.

2.    The office bearers of the managing committee, officials of PUDA and officials of the dept of RCS who are responsible for the scam should be booked as per the law.

3.   The scrutiny committee should again carry out the detailed scrutiny of the membership of the society in order to weed out bogus members in spirit of the orders of F.C.C. dated 08.08.2003.

4.    A list of members eligible for allotment of flat in the society should be prepared keeping in view their genuineness, seniority of membership in the society and payment criteria.

5.    The Managing Committee of the society should be placed under suspension and all record be transferred to the Administrator.  In this regard the case regarding suspension of managing committee pending in the court of F.C.C. awaiting SELF SPEAKING ORDERS of the Deputy Registrar should be decided on priority.

6.    The relevant record be supplied to the Audit Party and S.E. (Housefed) to complete their enquiry and bring out the financial irregularities committed by the managing committee headed by Mr. Swaran Singh over these years.

7.    F I R be lodged against the culprit managing committee members who have given illegal possessions and fake allotment letters.

8.   The unauthorised occupants of flats who have been given possessions in violation of the orders of Civil Courts, Kharar should be immediately ousted from their illegal possessions.

9.    The cases filed by the 39 unauthorised occupants of the flats  in the Civil Courts of Kharar should be pursued by the Administrator in order to vacate these flats and re-allot them to the eligible members as per the law.

10.   The illegal construction being done at site should be immediately stopped to avoid heavy loses to the members in case it is later demolished by PUDA.

11.    The criminal case against Mr. Swaran Singh which is pending with CIA staff of Ropar since March 05 under sections 420, 406, 468, 471, 120B  (FIR No 083 date 17/03/05) should be taken up.

12.    Appeal against the decision of DR (Legal) in which resolutions of 12/09/2004 and 16/02/2005 were set aside is pending in the court of worthy F.C.C. (case no 10 of 2006, titled as Sanju Pandita Vs RCS, Punjab Etc.)  The case should be taken up and decided on priority.

13.    Two Election Petitions (titled as Rajiv Gupta Vs Swaran Singh and Hardyal Singh Bhaura Vs Balbir Singh.) filed with The Registrar are pending in the court of D.R. Legal. The case should be taken up and decided on priority.
